The Prophet like MOSES

In Deuteronomy 18: 15-22, the following words were reportedly said by the Lord:

I will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their own people; I will put my words in the mouth of the prophet, who shall speak to them everything that I command. 

These words were spoken by Moses to the whole nation of Israelites. Muslims claim that this Prophet is Muhammad
